Service

Audit Lounge is a marketplace that helps protocols and security researchers connect for audit and security review work.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit and for keeping your access credentials private.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.

Acceptable use

You must not post illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content. You must not attempt to break, scrape, or abuse the platform.

Listings and profiles

You are responsible for your listing/profile content, including budget and scope details. The platform may moderate, remove, or reject content at its discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Audit Lounge a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content for operating the service.

Deals and payments

Audit Lounge does not currently process payments in-app. Any engagement terms between protocols and researchers are handled directly between those parties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Account removal

You may request account or listing removal at any time by contacting support@auditlounge.xyz.

No warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audit Lounge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.
